All activities* are included in your stay from 12:00pm on the day of check-in until 5:00pm on the day of check-out.
*The Putting Course, Vista 180° Pools & Biosphere Pool Complex are available only to Grand Cascades Lodge guests.
Activities vary by day.  Workshops, Goat Yoga, Food & Beverage and Game Room are not included. Golf clubs/pickleball paddles may be rented for a nominal fee.

Bungee Floating at Minerals - 10:30am

Bungee Floating is a motion based resistance training class. It uses a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly. All levels are welcome, ages 16+.

Hosted in the Fit Works Studio. Please see the Minerals Sports Club Member Services Desk for availability. Space is limited.
