The Champagne Chalets are the ideal choice for outdoor dining in New Jersey. Located on the Fire + Water Terrace at the AAA 4-diamond Grand Cascades Lodge, these heated glass-surround private lounges offer magnificent views, delectable menus and are perfect for a romantic celebration, special night out with friends or family get together. Seating is available for up to six persons and guests must be 12 years of age and older.
Dress Code: The Chalets are heated but can be chilly so dress warm and stay cozy.

Seatings at 5:30pm & 8:30pm

IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR CHAMPAGNE CHALET:
Please Review Carefully -
- Guests have the option to take the bottle of Champagne/sparkling wine with them or have it served.
- Substitutions for Champagne: Non-alcoholic sparkling cider or a wine selection from Springs Bistro {Wines may incur an additional fee}.
- Guests do not need to make dining choices in advance.
- Guests can enjoy the Chalet menu, plus select dishes from the Springs Bistro menu. All beverages are available and priced à la carte.
- Ages 12 and older are welcome.
- Chalet reservations have a 2-hour maximum.
