- Members must provide 24-hour advanced notice for tee time cancellations or reductions. Any persons who fails to cancel or reduce outside the 24 hours will be charged the full public rate for his/her entire reservation.

- Members are prohibited from transferring benefits to non-members.
- Membership Benefits & Free round vouchers expire at the end of the 2026 golf season.
- To earn Reward Points for referrals, Members must play together with a sponsored guest who pays at least $40 in greens fees and who has not played golf at the resort since January 1, 2024. Sponsored guest must register by providing accurate first and last name, zip code, valid email and cell phone number.

- How to Redeem 2026 Rewards Vouchers:
- Digital Vouchers can be redeemed at any Pro Shop.
- Valid Monday to Friday (non-holiday) / After 1:00pm Sundays / After 3:00pm Saturdays (Excluding Ballyowen)
- Two Vouchers valid all 2026 season, One Voucher valid in the Spring or Fall of 2026
- $65 upgrade for Ballyowen and $45 upgrade for Wild Turkey {no upcharge required to play Wild Turkey any day after 3:00pm}
- Day, Time & Course Restrictions apply for Rewards Round and Loyalty Point Redemptions.
- The current 2025 Loyalty Program rules and regulations will remain in effect through December 31, 2025.
- Free Golf Rounds at Black Bear, Crystal Springs, Cascades or Minerals are valid anytime Monday through Friday (non-holiday) and Sundays after 1:00pm. Free Rounds may be upgraded to Wild Turkey or Ballyowen for $45 or $65 respectively. Rewards Vouchers now valid on Saturdays starting at 3pm on all courses except Ballyowen; with no upcharge required at Wild Turkey at that time. One Free round must be played before June 1 or after August 31, 2026. Free Rounds are for use by member only and are not transferrable.
- Hotel stays are not valid on Premium One Bedroom Suites, Two Bedroom Suites, The Grand Villa, or Presidential Suites.
- Rewards Members are limited to participating in maximum of 3 Rewards Member Clinics per season.
