DOES THE RESORT ALLOW COUPLES TO RESERVE HOTEL ROOMS FOR THEIR GUESTS?

Yes.  Each wedding may have a reserved block of up to 25 hotel rooms for the night of the wedding.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL OFFERS ON HOTEL STAYS FOR THE WEDDING COUPLE?

Yes. The Resort will provide a complimentary stay to the newlyweds on their wedding night.

DO THE WEDDING VENUES PROVIDE TABLE NUMBERS?

Yes, but you are welcome to bring your own set to coordinate with your theme and colors.

DO THE RECEPTION ENTREE SELECTIONS NEED TO BE SELECTED PRIOR TO THE WEDDING?

No, your guests’ selections may be provided to our banquet staff at the reception.

ARE GOLF TEE TIME DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT COURSES?

We supply one complimentary foursome per wedding. Tee times may be scheduled at Black Bear or Crystal Springs Golf Clubs by calling our Reservations department at 877.869.7684. Please note that tee times may be made for after 10:30 AM.

DO YOU HAVE PREFERRED VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS?

Yes, our list of preferred vendors may be found at TheCrystalSpringsResort.com/wedding.  Each partner is highly recommend and has successfully serviced many weddings at the Resort.

WHEN DOES THE MEETING TO REVIEW WEDDING DETAILS OCCUR?

Your coordinator will reach out to you one month prior to your wedding date to schedule a detail meeting for your special day.  You will be informed in detail on what to expect on your wedding day, and all your questions will be addressed.

CAN WE SCHEDULE A REHEARSAL FOR THE CEREMONY?

Yes, this can be scheduled with your venue coordinator.

WHAT WEDDING PERSONNEL WILL BE PRESENT ON THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING?

Your wedding team will be on property on the morning of the wedding and through the ceremony.  Afterwards, your bridal attendant and maître d’ will oversee the cocktail hour and reception.

CAN OUTSIDE DÉCOR BE BROUGHT IN? IF SO, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS SET-UP?

Yes, outside décor may be brought in as long as the couple has a dedicated resource who will be accountable for setting up and removing it at the conclusion of the reception. Crystal Springs Resort staff is not responsible for the placement or removal of decorations, furnishings or centerpieces.
