My husband and I truly had the wedding of our dreams at Crystal Springs. Growing up less than an hour away, I can’t believe I had never been there or even heard of it before. I first toured the property on a beautiful September day and was absolutely blown away by the scenery, views, and overall beauty. From the start, working with the coordinator, Jean, was a wonderful experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately understood my vision. We decided to turn our wedding into a full weekend getaway before heading off on our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we could have made. We enjoyed everything Crystal Springs had to offer—the pools, restaurants, spa, and golf. While it is definitely on the pricier side, it is 100% worth it. For the wedding itself, I was supported by bridal attendants, my wedding planner Kathleen, and Hector—who were all absolutely phenomenal. Kathleen and Hector went above and beyond, and I highly recommend requesting them. There are so many details that go into planning a wedding—food, bar selections, décor, cocktail hour, photography, floor plans, transportation, valet, and the after-party. It was very overwhelming, but the Crystal Springs team was there for us through it all, and the end result was beyond worth it. Our wedding day was perfect—truly like a dream. From getting ready in the bridal suite at 8:00am to ending the night swimming in the pool complex during our after-party at 1:30am, every moment was unforgettable. We hosted around 230 guests, and we are still receiving messages telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Even friends and cousins who have been to countless weddings were blown away by the food, the venue, the band, and the overall experience Crystal Springs provided. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Crystal Springs exceeded every expectation and gave us memories we’ll cherish forever.

Sara, Hector, Jean, the bridal attendants (and so many more!) were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding day was absolute perfection, and it wouldn’t have been possible without this incredible team.

They took care of us like family from the moment we met, and we are so grateful to be a part of the Crystal Springs family. Everything about the day went seamlessly—the food was to die for, and everything looked beyond gorgeous! Anything we needed was immediately taken care of, and they truly went above and beyond to be accommodating.

Words can’t fully capture how thrilled and grateful I am for our experience at Crystal Springs Country Club. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, everything was seamless, stress-free, and truly magical. Our wedding coordinator, Sara, was an absolute godsend. She wasn’t just organized and responsive she was fully committed in making sure our day was perfect. From day one, she made the planning process feel easy and exciting, always making sure we felt heard and supported. On the wedding day, she was everywhere at once, coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, and even helping me bustle my dress when no one else could figure it out! It’s little things like that, done with such grace and kindness, that I’ll never forget. The venue itself is breathtaking, gorgeous grounds, stunning views, and elegant indoor spaces that create the perfect backdrop for a fairytale wedding. But what truly sets Crystal Springs apart is the exceptional staff. Our maître d’, bridal attendants, servers, and all staff involved were simply phenomenal. They anticipated every need, calmed every nerve, and went above and beyond to make my husband and me feel completely taken care of from start to finish. And the food, wow! Every dish was not only delicious but plated beautifully, like a work of art. Our guests are still raving about it! If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, I recommend it without any hesitation. Crystal Springs gave us the wedding of our dreams, and I will forever be grateful for the unforgettable experience they created for us.

Crystal Springs Resort, Kathleen Conlin and Dana Mankin-Cintron were incredible! From being incredibly responsive to all our emails and questions over the past year, to keeping copious notes on all our requests and executing beautifully on our wedding weekend, the resort and our wedding coordinators exceeded our expectations! Being that we had an Indian wedding, we were a bit nervous initially about CSR, but Kathleen and Dana quickly put our nerves at ease with their professionalism, organization and kindness. It was a pleasure working with them to plan the wedding weekend of our dreams. We received numerous compliments from guests and our vendors about the beauty of the resort and are so lucky to have gotten married there. We would highly recommend getting married at Crystal Springs Resort and hosting other wedding events there as well!

We recently had our wedding at Crystal Springs Grand Cascade and it was the best day of our lives. My husband Tommy and I were so happy with the whole experience!! Our wedding coordinator Sara and her team were amazing from start to finish. When we were planning our wedding there were so many things we didn’t think of, but after meeting Sara she helped us imagine the perfect wedding. Everyone that was a part of our wedding had an amazing time and were so happy about how everything turned out!! It was the most perfect wedding that we could’ve ever hoped for. Katelyn, thank you for making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day—from the first look, to the bridal suite, to ensuring our personal items were safely packed at the end of the night. Your attention to detail and care helped us enjoy every moment, knowing everything was handled. Thank you again to everyone at Crystal Springs for your hard work, kindness, and professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team to help us celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime moment.

Was amazing. They thought to do things that I didn’t even think of. Hector told me all the best spots to take pictures! Kathleen was so helpful setting up everything, Caitlyn was amazing helping me get ready and helping me with everything. Honestly ended up being such an amazing day, better than I even imagined!!
