Susanna is no stranger to fitness, having it exist as a staple in her life for many years. The disciplines she practiced in her journey are strength training, HIIT/Cardio and two of her favorites which she also teaches - Pilates and Yoga. Her philosophy is that these disciplines are more than just fitness – they are about wellness for the body, mind and soul. The reason Susanna teaches Pilates and Yoga is to provide the same benefits to others that she realized from her own practice. It was important that she could make her routine accessible to every ‘body’ with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, mobility, breath, balance and mindfulness. Susanna’s principle includes focusing on proper alignment while incorporating awareness and body mind connection. Ultimately, she wants her clients to feel strong and empowered to move well, feel well and be their best selves on and off the mat. Susanna has attracted a sizable golfer audience to her yoga practice, as well as corporate groups for her fitness classes. When not instructing, she enjoys being in the great outdoors, golfing and taking nature walks.
