Wine Cellar Dinners
Discerning guests are invited to discover one of the most unique culinary experiences in NJ at the Crystal Springs Resort Wine Cellar. Recipient of the Wine Spectator Grand Award since 2006 and renowned as one of North America’s premier wine cellars, this architectural marvel includes two opulently appointed dining and tasting rooms. The Bordeaux room is the larger of the elegant venues and can seat up to 26 guests. The more intimate Grand Cru room is a perfect choice for up to 10 guests.
Exquisite menus are masterfully created by Executive Chef Aishling Stevens of Crystal Springs Resort’s award-winning Restaurant Latour. The menus showcase the best of NJ’s bountiful farms and artisan producers, with seasonal cooking artistically realized in a modern and stylish way. Our highly knowledgeable and entertaining sommelier will educate privileged diners with an abundance of unparalleled wine wisdom plus recommend the ideal wine or libation to elevate a most exceptional dining experience. Diners will also enjoy a private sommelier guided tour of the magnificent cellar and have the opportunity to purchase personally curated selections from The Curator Wine & Spirits Bar Room.
