Important Policies

  • Cancellation: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to daily fee play. Cancellations within 24 hours due to weather receive a credit; otherwise, a full refund is issued for cancellations outside the 24-hour window.
  • Registration: All players must register at the Pro Shop before playing.
  • Attire: Appropriate golf attire is required; shirts must have sleeves and no athletic shorts are allowed. No metal spikes allowed.
  • Convenience Fee: A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.
  • Carts: Valid Driver’s License is required to drive a golf cart.
  • Replay Rates: Must be booked on day of play to receive discount.
  • Caddies: Only available at Ballyowen on request.
  • Walking: Ballyowen and Minerals are the only golf courses that allow walking.
  • Age Restriction: All guests must be 6 year of age to older to be on property at any of the six golf courses.
