Weddings at Minerals Hotel

My daughter and son-in-law had the most beautiful and magical wedding at the Minerals Resort on October 17, 2025. Everything from the ceremony and cocktail hour was facilitated outdoors with the beautiful foliage which was so breathtaking like something you would see in a movie. Their reception. was moved inside to the Ballroom since the weather was so cold and windy the day before they honored this special request with one day notice to move inside from the Sweetgrass Pavilion. The phenomenal staff (Dana - Wedding Coordinator, Kaya - Bridal Attendant, and Saad - Maître. The abundance of delicious appetizers and specialty stations during cocktail hour. The magic continued into the Ballroom with the Sweetheart table having a beautiful draping cream roses flower displayed with cylinders and floating candles. There were 10 round guest tables set up with white crisp linens, gold plates, beautiful cream roses and cylinders with floating candles centerpieces on each table. The Buffet selection and display of foods was spectacular and delicious. All the guests couldn’t stop raving about how good all the food was. Also, the preferred vendors for their photographer and DJ were great. We all danced the night away and closed out the night with a sparkler sendoff for the new Mr. and Mrs., as well as a coffee and brioche Taylor ham, egg & cheese sandwich to go. We then continued with an after party at Kites. The next day, the guests were able to use the amenities. 

We cannot say enough about Minerals and their team. Rebecca gave us a fantastic tour in the middle of winter and helped us imagine our spring wedding day. She responded so quickly to our emails and was so patient with us! Dana kept us calm and informed about everything leading up the wedding. She was fantastic to work with! The food was absolutely delicious to the point we had a hard time deciding what to include because we wanted everything! Kaya was amazing all wedding day, helping with every little detail and taking extra photos for us! Minerals is a beautiful location (even on our rainy wedding day). We cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you to the Minerals team, we had the best day!

We were married on 5/10/25 & I still am beaming ear to ear about my experience at Minerals Hotel. From the moment we stepped on the property to view the venue, we knew it was special. Rebecca greeted us and gave us the grand tour and made us feel so comfortable. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm for the space and everything they had to offer really sold us. We fell in love with everything. I did not realize my experience would be getting that much better with Dana as my coordinator. She went above ‘ beyond to help us. She put accessibility a top priority- which was a breath of fresh air, answered any & all of questions, she gave me honest feedback, & always put my needs ahead of anything else. She’s a professional & a saint. My whole experience as a bride was made better from her being there for us throughout the whole experience. Our wedding day went extremely smooth & I don’t know if it would have went that way without her and her team. Our wedding weekend was everything we could have wanted & more. The minerals hotel staff took care of everything and made everyone feel so comfortable. I cannot tell you how many people are still texting us about how amazing everything was and how they want to find more excuses to come to this hotel & have another event. We opted for a welcome party for all of our guests the night before and offered snacks and a cash bar in the diamond room- it really set the scene for the whole weekend. Our bartender that night kept the drinks flowing and everyone had the best time. The late night snacks were really good too. We also opted for a farewell brunch the day after the wedding in the same room & it was perfect. The breakfast buffet is unmatched & was much needed after a night of partying. We got married in the Sweetgrass Pavilion at Minerals hotel & it was perfect. Not only is the pavilion itself beautifully designed but the staff were on top of everything. They made sure that everyone had what they needed & were so organized. Our lovely bridal assistant, Kya, made sure my husband & I ate, were hydrated & even had to do a quick tailoring job for me to make my dress more comfortable to dance in haha. The dance floor was perfect for a big dance party, the chicken roulade & filet mignon were divine, & the bartenders made a fabulous lemon drop martini (my choice lol) There was not one thing I could say wrong about the whole night. The makeup artists (Marisol and Leah) and hairstylist (Caitlin) that we hired from the salon at Minerals were INCREDIBLE. Every single girl looked absolutely beautiful. A big concern when hiring was seeing how the makeup artists worked on mature skin and hooded eyes ‘ they knocked it out of the park. These girls are extremely talented. The cocktail hour was amazing. Everyone was impressed with the food (Kaya wrapped up all the food for us so the day after the wedding my husband & I were able to try everything we weren’t able to- it was such a nice treat) & the after party pool party was so much fun (highly recommend booking the pool, your guests, & you, will love it…& the after party churros- everyone ate those up). After the princess treatment we received at minerals hotel, I don’t think anyone should get married anywhere else. Dana, Kaya, Rebecca, & the rest of the minerals team made my dream wedding into a reality bigger than what I could have imagined for myself. Do not hesitate, book this venue, you will be so glad you did.

We couldn't be happier with the experience we had working with Minerals Hotel for our wedding! From our first tour of the Venue, Rebecca N. was very professional, attentive, and genuinely excited to help bring our vision to life! They offered a variety of packages and really helped work around our budget! We chose the Platinum Buffet Package for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! From start to finish, the food was absolutely incredible—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and a huge hit with all of our guests! The variety offered in the Platinum Package was perfect. There was something for everyone, including options for guests with dietary restriction. My bridesmaid is Vegan and they offered great options for her, from getting ready in the bridal suite to a variety of dinner options. Every dish was fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. The carving station was a standout, and we’re still getting compliments on the sides and cocktail hour—especially the Sea Food Raw Bar! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was also top-notch. Big shout out to our Bridal attendant Kaya! She was amazing and didn’t let us lift a finger. She thought of things we didn’t know we needed and not only took care of us, but our parents as well. Everything was replenished promptly, and the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout the night. We are beyond grateful to Dana Cintron for the incredible energy and support she brought to our wedding day! Not only was she incredibly organized and easy to communicate with, but she also went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Both her and Rebecca were always there to lend a helping hand and answer any of our questions from wedding planning to the day of. They took care of everything, and truly let us enjoy our wedding day -especially with the forecast looking a little uncertain! Their presence was exactly what we needed—grounded, prepared, and full of good energy. They manage every detail flawlessly and did it with such kindness and professionalism that truly set the tone for the entire day. So many of our guests complimented their work, and we’re still getting messages about how beautiful and seamless everything was. We’re so grateful to Minerals Hotel for being such a big part of making our day unforgettable. Highly recommend to any couple looking for someone reliable, talented, and a true joy to work with!
