Rock Climbing

The new Rock Climbing Wall features a catch-and-hold technology which gives climbers the time they need to rest, recover, and finish their favorite route. Additionally, it has a built-in durability, safety and braking that both experts and novices trust.

*Dedicated member sessions are complimentary for MSC members only and are available daily on a first come, first served basis. 

Bungee Fitness

Bungee Fitness is a motion based resistance training class..It uses a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly. All levels are welcome.

Spin

This high energy indoor cycling class will increase cardiovascular endurance & muscular strength. 

Yoga

Whether indoors or outside in the beauty of nature, yoga at Minerals Sports Club provides the opportunity for physical, spiritual, and mental rejuvenation. Our classes provide complete experiences that stretch, tone, and strengthen the entire body. Classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
