WHAT IS SOUND MEDITATION?

WHAT IS SOUND MEDITATION?

Also referred to as Sound Healing, a Sound Bath, Shamanic Journey and/or Somatic Theta Brain Wave Stress Reduction & Sleep Cycle Support. Regardless of what term used, it is a very deeply relaxing and restorative practice that allows a participant to experience sound and vibrational wave forms created from a multitude of various instruments and sound as to guide your brain from its busy Alpha and Beta states into Theta and/or deep Delta (REM sleep) states.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Sleep, rest and relaxation!!! This experience will allow your breathing to become more full, relaxed and diaphragmatically connected; which is an important part of helping you strengthen your para-sympathetic nervous system response (flight) to any and all forms of stress.. This practice has been demonstrated to help reduce stress, anxiety, muscular tension in the physical body and much more! You’re aware you are in the room but “hovering” between this calm, almost asleep and full, deep sleep. It’s here in this “in-between” state of “pre-sleep” and sleep that the body, mind and organ systems have a chance to slow down, rest and rejuvenate!
