A creative vinyasa flow incorporating core exercises, arms balances and inversions. Options and modifications are always offered.

A pilates style workout done on the mat to develop a strong core, build flexibility and develop long lean sculpted muscles.

High energy indoor cycling that will increase cardiovascular endurance + muscular strength.

This 45 minute high energy kickboxing routine combines punches, kicks and traditional cardio exercises all to upbeat music.

This class is a dance fitness format. It incorporates Rhythm driven choreography and blends electronic music with Latin and Global inspired rhythms created to elevate the mind, body and soul.

Body Sculpt

This class focuses on muscle toning + strengthening through controlled low impact movements using light to moderate weights, bands and barbells.

Sound Meditation is a very deeply relaxing and restorative practice that allows a participant to experience sound and vibrational wave forms created from a multitude of various instruments and sound as to guide your brain from its busy Alpha and Beta states into Theta and/or deep Delta (REM sleep) states.

A yoga foundations class teaches the basics of yoga, including proper alignment and breathing techniques

Bungee Flow

Bungee Floating is a motion based resistance training class. It uses a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly. All levels are welcome, ages 16+.
