Only ADA certified service dogs are permitted at Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. No weight limit or fees will be imposed.
All service dog stays must be communicated at the time of hotel booking. Dogs will be registered with the Front Desk at check-in.

Minerals Hotel
Guests staying at Minerals Hotel have access to the Minerals pool complex only.
Guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge have access to the Biosphere, Vista 180, and the Minerals pool complexes. We ask that Grand Cascades Lodge guests bring a towel from their hotel when using the Minerals pool.
For the safety of our guests, there is a 48 inch height requirement for the slide at the Biosphere.
