CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR THE SPAS AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Yes, Spa gift cards can be purchased at Elements Spa and Reflections Spa. Online, telephone and mail orders are available as well.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO UTILIZE THE SPAS AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the facilities at Reflections Spa.
Young adults age 13-17 may engage in limited services at Elements Spa.
DO REFLECTIONS SPA GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE BIOSPHERE POOL COMPLEX?
Reflections Spa guests have access to the Biosphere Pool Complex on Monday - Thursday, non-holiday with a minimum treatment spend of $160.
DO ELEMENTS SPA GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO MINERALS SPORTS CLUB?
Elements Spa guests have access to amenities Monday - Thursday with a minimum of $135 spent on spa treatment.
On the weekends {Friday - Sunday} the cost is $35 to use amenities on top of $135 spa treatment.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR ELEMENTS AND REFLECTIONS?
Both Spa locations operate under the same schedule:
Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm
Sunday 10am - 8pm
IS A GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF A SPA TREATMENT?
A gratuity is not included in the Spa pricing. As we strive to provide a truly relaxing and invigorating Spa experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated. For your convenience, envelopes are located at the Spa reception desk and can be obtained upon check-out.
