Yoga + Sound Meditation

This class shows participants how to do the poses correctly + why they work to support your posture, low back and various immune system functions. It ends with a peaceful + restorative rest period in which a combination of instruments will be played for a relaxing ‘cool down’.

This activity is complimentary for guests staying at both hotels. No reservations required. 

 We welcome you to visit our scenic Koi Pond and feed these ornamental species of fish. 

Hosted at Crystal Springs Clubhouse, adjacent to the Pro Shop .

Please visit the Koi Pond adjacent to the Pro Shop and Vista 180° pool at 2:30pm. No fee. No reservations. 

In case of inclement weather, feedings may be canceled. Please visit the Front Desk or Concierge for activity updates during bad weather conditions.
