Join us for live music outdoors on the Fire and Water Terrace from 7-10pm, at Grand Cascades Lodge.  Hosted on select dates. 

Bungee Floating is a motion based resistance training class. It uses a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly. All levels are welcome, ages 16+.

Hosted in the Fit Works Studio. Please see the Minerals Sports Club Member Services Desk for availability. Space is limited. 

Featuring a family friendly movie - complimentary to Grand Cascades Lodge guests. See onsite activity sheet for movie titles and time. 

No reservations required. 

Suitable for first time and seasoned clay target shooters. Using a modified shotgun, participants fire an infrared beam at reflective clays. Real, deactivated guns are used with realistic sound effects that instruct the shooter when they have hit the target.

Full instruction and equipment is provided.  Suitable for mature guests, aged 12+.

Friday - Sunday sessions, as well as summer vacation ( June 21-September 7 ) are open and do not require reservations, however, midweek sessions require an advance reservation and midweek sessions may be cancelled if no reservations have been made. Please call 877.705.2286 to reserve a spot in a midweek session.

Member exclusive wine tasting with Susanne at 4pm. This event  will be in person, indoors. Space will be limited, so please RSVP as soon as you know you will be able to attend so we can plan accordingly to accommodate everyone.
