Upon booking, the rate for the first night of stay plus tax will be secured as a deposit and charged to your credit card in order to guarantee your room. If you need to cancel within the 7 day period prior to your booking, this amount will be forfeited.

Check-In Begins at: 4:00pm
Check-Out: 11:00am
Late Check-Out: 1:00pm with a fee of $50.00*

Grand Villa Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Begins at: 5:00pm
Check-Out: 11:00am
Late Check-Out is not available for the Grand Villa.

For your convenience, the Resort accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, Diner's Club is accepted for hotel stays only. A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in.

Please note, a $150 incidental hold is required at check-in.

We are not offering pool day passes at this time. Please check back soon for updates. 

Currently, guests may access the swimming pools as follows on days of check-in and check-out:

Grand Cascades Lodge

• On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 12:00 pm.
• On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.

Minerals Hotel

• On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 10:00 am.
• On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.
