For your convenience, reservations can be made 24 hours a day by reserving online, or by calling 855.977.6473 between 7:00am-10:00pm.
DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES TO THE POOLS?
We are not offering pool day passes at this time. Please check back soon for updates.
WHEN ARE GUESTS ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE SWIMMING POOLS?
Currently, guests may access the swimming pools as follows on days of check-in and check-out:
Grand Cascades Lodge
- On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 12:00pm.
- On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00pm.
Minerals Hotel
- On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 10:00am.
- On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00pm.
HOW DO I REPORT LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS?

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT?
Only ADA certified service dogs are permitted at Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. No weight limit or fees will be imposed.
All service dog stays must be communicated at the time of hotel booking. Dogs will be registered with the Front Desk upon check-in.
Need to board a pet during your stay? The Pet Spa, a respected pet lodging facility, is conveniently located at just a 10-minute drive from the Resort. Call 973.827.8881 to reserve accommodations.
ARE THERE FEES FOR CREDIT CARD USAGE THROUGHOUT THE RESORT?
Yes, guests and visitors will incur a 3.5% processing fee when using a credit card for payment.
