Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Hotel are located approximately 3 miles apart (5-10 minute driving time). 

Yes.  Minerals Sports Club is located at Minerals Hotel, and is available to guests of both Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. The state-of-the-art Minerals Sports Club offers weekly fitness classes, indoor/outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, cardio & weight training floor and more. Guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge must bring a towel when using the Minerals Sports Club facilities. 

Currently, guests may access the swimming pools as follows on days of check-in and check-out:

Grand Cascades Lodge

• On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 12:00 pm.
• On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.

Minerals Hotel

• On the day of check-in, guests may access the pools beginning at 10:00 am.
• On the day of check-out, guests may access the pools until 5:00 pm.

Only ADA certified service dogs are permitted at Minerals Hotel and Grand Cascades Lodge. No weight limit or fees will be imposed.

All service dog stays must be communicated at the time of hotel booking. Dogs will be registered with the Front Desk at check-in.

Through August 31, 2023, Crystal Springs Resort is offering a Resortwide Vacation Pass and the Minerals Vacation Pass for one day usage.  

Reservations are available 1 ½ years prior to stay date.

For your convenience, the Resort accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, Diner’s Club is accepted for hotel stays only. A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in.

Reservation Payment 

Upon booking, the rate for the first night of stay plus tax will be secured as a deposit and charged to your credit card in order to guarantee your room. If you need to cancel within the 7 day period prior to your booking, this amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy 

We offer a No Hassle, No Penalty 100% Cancellation Policy* that allows for reservations to be moved or cancelled at any time and for any reason up to 7 days prior to the stay with no change or cancellation fees. Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of check-in will be charged and forfeit 100% of their stay.

You are encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests and to keep therapists’ schedules on time, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment allotment and will be charged the full service fee.

A gratuity is not included in the Spa pricing. As we strive to provide a truly relaxing and invigorating Spa experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated. For your convenience, envelopes are located at the Spa reception desk and can be obtained upon check-out.

Elements Spa guests have access to amenities Monday - Thursday with a minimum of $135 spent on spa treatment.  

On the weekends {Friday - Sunday} the cost is $35 to use amenities on top of $135 spa treatment.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the facilities at Reflections Spa.

Young adults age 13-17 may engage in limited services at Elements Spa.

Yes, room service is available at both Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Hotel.

Reservations are required for all dining outlets at Crystal Springs Resort.  We encourage our guests to make reservations well in advance to ensure availability. Please call (855) 977-6473 for dining reservations.

A breakfast credit of $40 is given per night, per reservation of hotel stay. Please note that this credit is not applicable to owner, group or wedding reservations. This credit may not be used towards any tax, service charge, or gratuity charges.

This credit may be used at the breakfast buffet or towards an a la carte breakfast at either the Crystal Tavern or Kites if the breakfast buffet is not available. Guests may only use this breakfast credit at whichever hotel they are staying at. Hours 8:00 – 11:00am.

The breakfast buffet is $29.95 for adults {12+}, $19.95 {ages 4-11} plus taxes and fees.

Your coordinator will reach out to you one month prior to your wedding date to schedule a detail meeting for your special day.  You will be informed in detail on what to expect on your wedding day, and all your questions will be addressed.

Your wedding team will be on property on the morning of the wedding and through the ceremony.  Afterwards, your bridal attendant and maître d’ will oversee the cocktail hour and reception.

Caddie:

A caddie is the person who carries a player's bag and clubs, and gives insightful advice and moral support. A good caddy is aware of the challenges and obstacles of the golf course being played, along with the best strategy in playing it. This includes knowing overall yardage, pin placements and club selection.

Forecaddie:

The fore-caddie will give a hole description and then walk ahead to spot the players tee shots. The caddie then gets the players yardage (either with a laser, course knowledge, or sprinkler heads) while the players drive their carts from the tee to their shots. The caddie walks ahead again to spot the golfers next shots. Forecaddie will also give putter service to the golfers. . Usually only 1 forecaddie accompanies a group, but that is not mandatory.

• Improves the quality of the golfer's game – letting a caddie handle the details of clubs, flagstick, divots and bunkers allows the golfer to focus and improve his or her game.

• Champagne/Sparkling Wine does not have to be served and can be taken with guest. 
• Guests do not need to choose dining options in advance. 
• Upon request, in addition to the Chalet menu, guests can order select items from the Springs Bistro menu with a la carte pricing. Guests may also order any drink they would like a la carte. 
• Dietary restrictions: If notified ahead of time, the Chef can adjust due to vegetarian and gluten free needs.
• 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged $50 fee per person.
