Since the CIA trip was a success, we thought we'd keep with the theme. Our local college, SCCC, has a new culinary program with an associated restaurant.
We will meet at the Clubhouse to depart promptly at 10:30am and will arrive at the school (the old McGuire Chevrolet dealership just off the square in Newton - easy parking) at 11am and have a tour of the kitchens and receive background on the program and the workshops that are offered to the public. Then lunch - menu is French! Lunch is $35 per person; soft drinks are additional. BYO bottle is permitted should you be so inclined. You can go on line to check the menu (appetizer, entree and dessert). We have reserved space for 15 people.
Deadline for sign up is 3/6 by 4pm, however we may book up prior so please don't wait if you know you can attend! This should be a fun trip and meal. Please RSVP to Donna, Doreen and Katie as soon as possible.
