Dear Spa Guests,
Both Reflections Spa and Elements Spa are open.
Before you book your service appointment, please review the
important policies we have in place to benefit the health and safety of
our Spa clientele and employees, and note that these policies
may be updated from time to time as circumstances require:
Prior to your arrival:
- Spa services are offered by appointment-only, and are
limited to 50 minutes in order to meet state regulations
- We ask that you cancel
your appointment if you have a fever or any symptoms of COVID-19
- Please shower prior to your arrival at the Spa
While on property:
- In order to maintain a safe environment, we have limited
the number of guests and staff permitted in the Spa at any given time
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices have been
implemented
- A Spa waiver will need to be completed prior to
check-in
- A temperature scan will
be performed prior to check-in
- The opportunity for you
to pay for your service and gratuity in advance will allow for a safer,
touchless payment transaction
- No cash transactions
will be allowed on property - payment will be via credit, debit or gift
card
- At this time, we will
not be offering locker service, toiletries, robes, towels, sandals or other complimentary amenities
- Bottled water will be available to guests in lieu of
communal snacks and beverages
- A face covering must be worn at all times by guests and
staff apart from guest receiving a face down massage or a facial. Face covering must be worn when entering and exiting treatment room
- A hot towel will substitute for steam during facial treatments. A plexiglass shield has been installed for separation between guest and aesthetician
- 6’ distance must be
maintained from guests not in your party
- Spa staff must wash and
sanitize hands prior to and after each service
