Incorporating local produce and farm fresh ingredients into restaurant menus and eateries is one of our main goals at the Resort. We are very happy to announce that Crystal Springs Resort and Green Valley Farms in Wantage have joined hands to produce a farm where its bounties will be exclusively used here at the Resort.
A true farm-to-table experience is being delivered through the combination of the expertise from the Chefs in our kitchen with our farmers' extensive knowledge of planting, harvesting and raising livestock to the highest of quality.
The farm has already accumulated a bundle of bunnies, flocks of chickens, bee hives, and a variety of produce. The bounty from the farm is being used throughout the resort and the freshly laid eggs have been wildly popular in making home made pasta dough for Springs Bistro.
The farm has already started growing a variety of produce and will be expanding their selection to include sweet corn, zucchini, tomato, squash, cucumber, potatoes, beans and carrots.
Crystal Springs Resort and Green Valley Farms are also offering a unique schedule of farm-to-table and educational events including Bee Harvests, a Harvest Festival and a Pasture to Plate dinner. Visit our Culinary Calendar of Events for more information.
Guests can visit the Farm Stand on Route 94 located across from the farm Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sundays 12pm to 6pm to purchase crops from the farm.
