This winter, be our guest at the all new Ruby Chateaus - stylishly decorated glass surround venues located on the Kites Terrace of Minerals Hotel in Vernon. Four exciting menu options are available depending on selected time, including an elegant Champagne brunch, Italian-inspired rustic pizza and meatballs menu, tasty quesadilla & chicken or delicious shrimp cocktail offering.
