Crystal Springs Resort

We just arrived last night and already have great things to write. We enjoyed dinner (sit down) and breakfast (buffet) at Kites. Enjoyed the indoor heated pool with currents and beautiful lights last evening. Did goat yoga which we loved. And our maid Mildred was so friendly and caring and did a great job on our room to make sure we were happy. We can’t wait for the rest of our stay.

Hotel and rooms are beautiful. Lots of activities for all ages. It’s a really casual, fun place to go and only about a 90 min. Drive from NYC. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the beds were super comfy and the rooms were super clean. The bathrooms are updated and they are in the middle of renovation of the hallways. The food in the restaurant was out of this world. We were actually very surprised that the food was as good as it was….The service was excellent. I would highly recommend!

Excellent and picturesque resort, nice indoor pool. Beautiful place for a wedding venue. Wish we had more time to check out the full resort and use the other amenities and activities the resort had to offer. We would definitely come back again.

An experience worth having is all I can say. From the pampering, the sommelier , the 7 course meal, pool, Jacuzzi, sauna...... my wife is still floating on cloud 9. We will be back! Possibly visit every anniversary.

This is a kids-friendly family resort and we love it every time we are here (this was our second trip). The entire resort is clean, lots of fun activities for kids and since we visited during the Easter weekend, the kids even got to meet the Easter bunny! We also elected the dinner and a show. And the show was of Anthony Salazar, the magician. He was fantastic. We will willingly stay at Minerals again.

Gorgeous hotel!!! Staff is amazing as well! The pools are gorgeous you feel like you aren’t in NJ. The head guard Chris was so sweet and made sure our family got chairs and asked if we were having a good time. Idk any lifeguard ever that asked us how our stay was! Jemmy the hotel manager and Susan at the front desk were also very helpful... I highly recommend this property for your stay!

Housekeeping service by Mildred was wonderful! She went above and beyond. Room was clean and Mildred who took care of our room was there with a smile and offering to assist with anything we needed . Resort was great for kids of all ages.

Wonderful family getaway. Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Room was comfortable. So many activities to do! Very kid friendly. If you have a small child bring swimming floats they can use in the pool. Dinner was delish at Kites.

A short drive from our home but it feels like we are a hundred miles away. Mildred (Millie) took such good care of us - always making sure we had enough towels and toiletries and was always so warm in greeting us. She went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thank you!

What an amazing service at Minerals to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. Special shout out to Sue, Rachel, Hanna and Blake. We stayed there on March 19-20. You guys really nailed it and won our hearts forever. Everything was so perfect from the time we made initial reservation with Rachel to checking in with Sue to entering the decorated room by Blake and finally checking out with Hanna.

Best stay ever! Room was clean & spacious. We had connecting rooms on the 5th floor with a great view- biosphere was SO FUN- kids loved the slide! Did marshmallow roasting & ended the night with a movie by the pool & gelato!

…An an awesome and much needed girls getaway. We did the robes and rose package, visited the spa, and enjoyed the restaurants and activities. We all said this was a hidden gem, and we'll be back.

Amazing time, pleasant staff, so many fun activities, Tom one of the activities director for the Axe Throwing and Laser Clay Shooting was top notch! Made my daughter feel like she had been doing these activities forever… Pool was so cool, indoor, went to the outdoor heated pool from a little doorway inside. Outdoor heated pool was very relaxing like being in a giant hot tub. Kites the onsite restaurant had delicious food for dinner, but breakfast , regular menu and the buffet were phenomenal! Service was friendly and prompt. I will definitely be returning to Crystal Springs.

This place is amazing, everything was great from the beginning to the end, even making the reservations over the phone the customer service was exceptional. We had dinner in the Champagne Chalet and it was really nice…. We had the couples massage package at the spa and it was worth every penny….The pool was amazing, the food was good and the bed I mean we just melted in the bed…The whole stay was unforgettable- LOVE LOVE ALL OF IT.

On behalf of my school, I wish to state how wonderful our stay was at your resort. My high school students could not have had a better time. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating to us. We all had the best banquet ever. The food was superb and the chef even came out to make sure everything was going well and we had enough to eat. My students are raving about their stay and want to know when we are going again!!

Came to Minerals for my son’s birthday with a few of his friends... they had the best time! The room was clean & comfortable. Game room was so much fun for the boys! They spent a majority of their time in the pool. They were able to get in a game of basketball too! Shout out to Mildred in housekeeping. She is a gem!!! 10 star customer service for that angel!

We had a great weekend here. The room was amazing. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was very nice. The price was reasonable. We dined a Restaurant Latour , which was outstanding! We also went to the magic dinner show with Anthony Salazar He was awesome! So much fun. The food was plentiful. The dessert table was amazing. It is first come first serve seating so get there about 15 minutes early if you want a good seat. The tables are individual, you are not sitting with other people. Anthony really included the audience in his show. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the show.

My mom and i stayed at minerals last week to celebrate my 21st bday. first of all it was like we had the whole place to ourselves, which was great. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the grounds of the hotel. Both Rachel S and Hannah checked us in easily and helped answer any questions we had. They also personally helped us book some activities for us to do at both minerals and grand cascades (painting, axe throwing, mental stamping, and more). The activity leaders were also very welcoming and teaching friendly as we never did any of them before. The indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi were very relaxing, quiet, and clean. The restaurant kites had a very nice staff and delicious food.

My overall experience there was wonderful… the king-size bed was so very comfortable...I could have stayed in it my whole visit, but I didn't. The Spa at Minerals Hotel was fantabulous..My daughter and I had 2 treatments each...I needed this in my life...The Elements will exceed your expectations.

This is our 3rd year for me and my husband coming to Grand Cascades with our now toddler. It’s a perfect family getaway and we loved it from our first visit. So convenient and close. It’s only a 1.5 hour drive for us, but when we arrive, it feels like we’ve traveled somewhere far away in the mountains… The grounds are expansive with rolling hills and surrounded by mountains on both sides of the hotel, so it doesn’t matter which side your room is facing because you’ll get that gorgeous view either way. The hotel is pristine, clean, with a cozy winter cottage feel…Overall we love it here.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We came for our honeymoon and were treated so nicely by all staff. The pool was so nice and relaxing and there were so many activities and things to see on the property. The food at Latour was exceptional. We will definitely be coming to visit again. 

I wanted to do something romantic and relaxing for my boyfriend's birthday. I did not want to deal with the rigamore of airport travel. I was looking for a quick getaway in the car and Crystal Spa/Grand Resort offered this and more. Grand Cascades is a majestic mountain top lodge overlooking expansive greenery that includes golf courses. Fire place in the suite and throughout the lodge. Room was tastefully decorated, spacious with a fantastic view. Our patio gave a view of the rolling hills. Plentiful and delicious food on our plates when we dine at the Crystal Tavern. The four hour hike on the grounds nature trail was invigorating. The biosphere pool is a not miss. Staff was friendly, available when needed and helpful.

Hotel is just beautiful. Our room was perfect with a view of the mountains, a fireplace and a deck to watch the sun go down. Food was delicious - I highly recommend the waffles at the lodge - some of the best I have ever had. Take advantage of the relaxing pool, maybe try the water slide - you won't be disappointed. Sitting by the fire at night roasting marshmallows and hanging out with other happy guests was fun. I would also recommend the wine tasting, not only good wine - extremely informative. Don't let this relaxing gem pass you by.

Had to write a review because Rachel & Scott at Minerals were phenomenal! Rachel checked us in, took our bags (which there was a lot of) and made sure our check in during a busy week was as zen as possible. Scott was also amazing. He notified us about our room immediately & retrieved our bags without asking. Such a great staff! They were beyond hospitable & exceeded my expectations.

The pool area is outstanding at Minerals. Heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam rooms. The spa was also excellent. Nicely appointed with excellent masseuses. Massages were followed by an Epsom salts and essential oil footbath. Nice touch! Rooms nice and food good as well. The front end manager, Blake, is outstanding. He ensures that your stay is thoroughly enjoyable.

This short break from daily routine was great for us. I love that everything is on sight, it’s not too crowded and nature around looks beautiful. Our needs were fully satisfied. I can’t say enough about how hard working and friendly staff is, everyone was super nice, willing to help with anything and to accommodate. We had a great weekend getaway at Minerals!

We had our daughters sweet sixteen in the resort for 2 nights. The property is extremely well kept. I have eaten at the restaurants before and very good food, expensive.... The pool and spa is excellent from the atmosphere to the people who work there. It's a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The scenery in the fall is amazing so many pretty colors. They have many options for activities. We did axe throwing and the pool. We also ventured to Minerals for pedicure since girls are under 18…The girls enjoyed the pedicures and game room. You have access to both properties as guest which is a plus.

We went here for a moms/friends getaway and had a fantastic time. The room was perfect to hang out and the resort itself offers so much for people of all interests. We don’t golf, but we utilized the spa and pools and even with dropping temperatures the indoor greenhouse type pool style made you feel like you weren’t in the mountains. Had a fantastic lunch at tavern and dinner at bistro - Bruce was a fantastic server. The wine tasting was a lot of fun and informative with Gianni who has a passion for wine. We will most definitely be coming back and already have a friend who booked after seeing our pictures!

We were here for a wedding and we absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we checked in, to restaurants, housekeeping and the pool, everyone was friendly and smiling. Perfect wedding weekend celebrating our friends! Even the banquet staff was wonderful. Everything was beautiful for their wedding and seemed perfect with mountain views. We will definitely stay here again, next trip we will bring our children as this place has many activities and fun things to do for everyone.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Grand Cascades! HIGHLY recommend the King Studio Suite. It seemed recently updated. We were very comfortable with the king bed and our daughter on the pull out sofa with the two sided fireplace in between... To be honest we got a lot of bang for our buck by arriving early on the first day. The front desk was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the farm animal visit, the pools, the koi feeding, strolling through the gardens, mini golf, and just relaxing in our room. The landscaping is absolutely GORGEOUS! We stayed on a Sunday-Monday and definitely think a non-weekend has a lot of perks. Sunday everything was very full but on Monday, there were no crowds and it was a bit more relaxing.

This indoor & outdoor mountainous retreat has so many and fabulous endless amenities. So many places to go, see and do, and all with that personable country feel. Their beautiful newly renovated gym floor is a full facility health club lead by Mike- What an adonis and a great example of a product believer- it is easy to see why the man lives fitness, and his personal training is off the chart. Additionally, so important is that highly desired cleanliness and service equals successful business, supervised by Dorota- Talking about “ship shape”, it’s personal with her, plus, she always greets you (every time) with the brightest smiles & pleasantries that always seem to brighten anyone's day.

Phenomenal! Grand Cascade Lodge did not disappoint. We felt like we were so far from home at a fancy resort, but we only went from NY to NJ, lol. Didn’t want to be too far from the kiddos. We had such a great experience, we’ve already booked another stay, but this time we’ll be bring the kids!

We had our annual family reunion at Minerals at the end of June, for the second year in a row. There were 14 of us, and we all loved it here. The front desk staff was so friendly and knowledgeable (Mikayla checked most of us in), and the pool complex is so impressive with both indoor, and in-and-out, and an outdoor pool with a cliff jump. The area is peaceful and has so many activities. We will definitely return!

As usual, our trip to GCL was amazing. Book the King Studio Suite! It's just a bit more than regular room but well worth it!!! Very spacious with balcony, kitchen, fireplace, etc. Views are spectacular. Grounds are expansive, and you need a week at least to experience all the resort has to offer - from golf to restaurants, wine tasting, the incredible Biosphere pool (feels like Hawaii), outdoor activities and a super cool wine cellar you can sneak off to. Great for couples and families too.

Stayed here with my son for the 2nd time. Bria was so helpful checking us in and out and making sure to go over all the activities the resort had going on. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor heated pools. The pool area ran out of towels but Makayla at the elements spa gave us towels in the meantime which worked out great! We played basketball in the gym and ate dinner and breakfast at Kites Restaurant both times the server and hostess were welcoming and so attentive. Can’t wait to come back for a 3rd time! Also we booked a standard room and once we arrived for $25 up charge we got a balcony room instead which I highly recommend.

Grand Cascades was an extremely positive experience! We stayed in a suite, Rm 520 don't hesitate to book here if you want quality. It's like being in your own condo. The food at the wedding and the Tavern was fabulous. Looking for a tomahawk steak… the Tavern is your place!! Susan (concierge) is a treasure , I have never encountered any other concierge that is on par with her. A vacation or event , Cascades has something for everyone.

Had a great time at Minerals Hotel, room was clean and everything worked, staff and restaurants were great, pool was amazing!!! All in all it was a perfect 4 day getaway for my wife and I.  Will go back for sure!!!

Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. The staff put together “hangover kits”, and hung a cute sign on our door. The pool area looked just liked the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful in the biosphere. Everyone on staff was incredible- so warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward to our return.

We had a great time starting at Crystal Springs Lodge. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and the pull out sofa was comfortable with some extra padding. There are activities in the hotel to please everyone and also nearby for any hobby. The restaurants are wonderful especially Crystal Tavern and Latour (adults only - fine dining experience). We paid for dinner and a show and really enjoyed the entertainment. The pools take you to a tropical paradise. Excited to go back this summer.

Friendly customer service, clean and cozy room, excellent facility overall. Food is great, big portions.  Front desk staff was excellent Bria was very accommodating with all of our needs! Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend to my friends.
