Yes, a guest must play on the day corresponding to the stay in order to receive the Golf & Stay rate.

Golf carts are mandatory and all quoted prices include cart fees, except for Minerals. Minerals charges $8 per 9-holes for a two seater cart, and $20 per 9-holes for family four-seater carts.  Ballyowen is the only course where walking is allowed. {$20 discount if guest uses a caddie at Ballyowen, the only course which offers this option.}

Non-golf spectators may be permitted on a case by case basis determined by the pro shop.  $25 fee.

Yes, clubs can be shipped ahead of a reserved tee time.

We have an array of Resort dining options between both hotels. On-course dining is also available at Bear Den Grille at the Black Bear golf course and Owen’s Pub at the Ballyowen golf course. Open seasonally.

You can book tee times 90 days in advance for guests staying at a hotel property. A Rewards member can be booked 21 days in advance. A public player can be booked 15 days in advance.

Grand Cascades Lodge grants its guests access to the pools at both hotels. Minerals Hotel guests may only use the pools which are on-site at Minerals.
