Crystal Springs Resort is proud to host the New Jersey Food & Wine Festival — one of the premier culinary events in the New York metro area. Started in 2009, the festival’s events are designed to allow food and wine connoisseurs to meet and mingle with the world’s finest chefs and winemakers and to sample their creations. 

Over the past several years, the festival has grown in stature as a showcase for culinary talent with a who’s who of attending chefs, including Jose Andres, Daniel Boulud, David Bouley, Thomas Keller, David Kinch, Michael White and many others.

This year's event promises excitement at every turn with the return of the Cabaret & Cocktails on Friday night, an extraordinary Grand Tasting plus an over-the-top After Party.
