Reservation Payment 

Upon booking, the rate for the first night of stay plus tax will be secured as a deposit and charged to your credit card in order to guarantee your room. If you need to cancel within the seven day period prior to your booking, this amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy 

We offer a No Hassle, No Penalty 100% Cancellation Policy* that allows for reservations to be moved or cancelled at any time and for any reason up to seven days prior to the stay with no change or cancellation fees. Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of check-in will be charged and forfeit 100% of their stay.
