Chef Aishling Stevens crafts five exceptional courses with foraged and meticulously sourced ingredients, delighting guests with a weekly refreshed menu and surprise offerings.
The evening begins with a gathering The Curator shop of our Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine cellar. Enjoy canapés and sparkling wine at a custom hand-carved table while exploring one of North America’s largest wine collections with our expert sommelier.
Next, an elevator ride brings you directly into the Restaurant Latour kitchen. You will be greeted by the talented chefs and then escorted to our raised communal table. The evening’s menu is hand delivered, and reveals Chef Aishling’s symphony of flavors presented through customized courses each paired with a curated selection from the wine cellar.
