Restaurant Latour Manager
Phillip Ludeke, born and raised in South Africa, started his food and beverage career in his native country. He has succeeded in the restaurant industry for the past dozen years and experienced in the culinary field for 16 years. At the young age of 12, he started in a family friend’s restaurant where he mainly took orders over the phone and checking guests out.
Just shy of his 20th birthday, Phillip successfully managed his first restaurant in South Africa, and knew that this career trajectory was sealed. He has thrived at Crystal Springs Resort for the past three years, and in March 2022 earned the extraordinary opportunity to manage the Resort’s culinary gem - Restaurant Latour. His love for food and wine is the motivation which makes his career so rewarding, and Phillip finds fulfillment in every aspect of his management role.
