The Northeast's # Culinary Resort is hiring Front of House staff {bartenders, servers, food runners, bussers and hosts/hostesses} to join our team. Crystal Springs is looking for experienced servers that will be responsible for exceptional Food & Beverage service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Greet and thank each quest in an enthusiastic, professional  & timely manner, provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choice by performing a menu tour, be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products, serve to our quests our food products following all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, fulfill accurate cash and credit transactions, stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated work station and maintain 100% compliance with all liquor and health department laws.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, willingness to work as a team, and have weekend and holiday availability. Previous food service and POS experience is a plus.

Food Runner

Food runners are an important part of a restaurant staff and serve as assistants to the wait staff. Food runners must be efficient, detail-oriented, be courteous, pay attention to cleanliness and have team player attitude. A positive attitude and a courteous demeanor with customers is a must, as well as making sure you are clean and presentable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering, or "running" food to tables once a food order has been prepared by the cooks. cleaning tables, filling water glasses, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and customer areas and returning plates to the kitchen.

Candidates must have a moderate level of physical capability, be able to work well under pressure and have weekend/holiday availability.
