WHAT IS THE POLICY ON SPA ATTIRE?
It is requested that all jewelry be removed prior to any spa service.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A SPA APPOINTMENT?
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the designated time and no-shows will be billed in full. Call 855.977.6473 to cancel or modify your Spa appointment.
Groups: Please provide 48 hours advance notice for group cancellations. Group appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours prior to the designated time and no-shows will be billed in full.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SPA TREATMENT?
You are encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests and to keep therapists' schedules on time, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment allotment and will be charged the full service fee.

At Reflections Spa, fire and water come together in a serene setting designed for deep renewal and restoration.
Rooted in the healing power of the Earth, Elements Spa offers mineral-rich treatments designed to restore and rebalance.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE SPA APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE?
We strongly recommend scheduling spa appointments well in advance of your preferred date, as availability fills quickly. For appointments or to change any previously scheduled service at Elements Spa at Minerals Hotel or at Reflections Spa at Grand Cascades Lodge, call 855.977.6473.

WHAT DO THE HOTEL PACKAGE CHARGES COVER?
Package charges on your reservation include the nightly room rate, daily breakfast credit, access to pools, premier health club and fitness classes, as well as Recreation and Package Amenities. Please note, breakfast credit is not valid for owner, group or wedding reservations.
A Convenience Fee of 3.5% will be assessed on all credit card payments at the time of check-out from the hotel.
WHAT IS THE BREAKFAST CREDIT AMOUNT FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS?
A breakfast credit of $40 is given per night, per reservation of hotel stay. Please note that this credit is not applicable to owner, group or wedding reservations. This credit may not be used towards any tax, service charge, or gratuity charges.
This credit may be used at the breakfast buffet or towards an a la carte breakfast at either the Crystal Tavern or Kites Restaurant if the breakfast buffet is not available. Guests may only use this breakfast credit at whichever hotel they are staying at. Hours 8:00am - 11:00am.
ARE THE ROOMS NON-SMOKING?
Crystal Springs Resort is proud to be a smoke-free property. All guestrooms, common areas and restaurants are non-smoking.
