An evening of exceptional wine and cuisine awaits. Join us for an exclusive 400th Anniversary Wine Dinner at Crystal Springs Resort, featuring Jean Trimbach, 12th-generation co-proprietor and global ambassador of France’s iconic Maison F.E. Trimbach. 

Since 1626, the Trimbach family has crafted some of the most sought-after dry white wines in the world from their estate in Ribeauvillé, Alsace. Host Jean Trimbach will lead guests through a curated selection of his family’s legendary vintages, sharing four centuries of heritage, craft, and stories straight from the vineyard.

Our Resort Executive Chef, Florian Wehrli, and his team at Restaurant Latour have designed a multi-course tasting menu precisely paired to complement the tension, mineral intensity, and elegance of Trimbach’s iconic wines.
