- Rewards rounds are for member use only and are non-transferable. Loyalty points may be used to pay for guests.
2027 Rewards Point Redemption Options:
- 4K: 9-Hole Round at Minerals (Valid after 3:00pm Saturday and after 1:00pm Sunday)
- 5K: 9-Hole Round at Cascades (Valid after 3:00pm Saturday and after 1:00pm Sunday)
- 8K: Wild Turkey Upgrade ($45)
- 10K: Ballyowen Upgrade ($65)
- 10K: 18-Hole Round at Black Bear or Crystal Springs (Anytime Monday - Friday, after 3:00pm Saturday. after 1:00pm Sunday)
- 15K: 18-Hole Round at Wild Turkey Round (Anytime Monday - Friday, after 3:00pm Saturday. after 1:00pm Sunday)
- 30K: Ballyowen Round (Anytime Monday - Friday, after 3:00pm Saturday. after 1:00pm Sunday)
- A photo is required for the membership ID card. The membership card is required to redeem rounds and receive discounts
- 24-hour advance notice is required for tee time cancellations or reductions. Reservations not cancelled or reduced at least 24 hours in advance will be charged the full public rate for the affected reservation.
- Membership benefits and Rewards Vouchers expire at the end of the 2027 golf season.

- Day, Time & Course Restrictions apply for Rewards Round and Loyalty Point Redemptions.
- The 2026 Loyalty Program rules and regulations will remain in effect through December 31, 2026. At that time, all remaining points for active 2027 Rewards Members will be transferred to the CrystalCaddy App.
- Hotel stays are not valid on Premium One Bedroom Suites, Two Bedroom Suites, The Grand Villa, or Presidential Suites.
- Black Bear range balls will be offered at a discount to Rewards Members.
- Members may participate in one clinic during the 2027 season, subject to availability.
