MICHAEL TARTAGLIONE, DIRECTOR OF MINERALS SPORTS CLUB & PERSONAL TRAINER

Minerals Sports Club is proud to have Mike Tartaglione as its director. He is a natural bodybuilder of over twenty years, and has a certificate in personal training from the American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about exercise, diet and holistic fitness, and is eager to share this knowledge with his clients. He has experience working with people of all ages and fitness goals. Whether you're determined to drop body fat, increase mobility, gain muscle mass, get healthier, improve your quality of life, or all of the above, Mike is highly qualified to help you reach your goals.

BARBARA MATCHETT, PERSONAL TRAINER

Barbara has been in the fitness industry for 23 years. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. In addition to PT and GX certifications, Barbara is Mills Body Pump-certified, TRX-certified and Keiser Cyclist-certified. She has excellent knowledge and experience in a wide variety of training styles. Her clients have ranged from adolescents to seniors. She has vast knowledge in training athletes, post rehabilitation, disabled clientele, and anyone wishing to further their fitness regimen or perhaps just starting one.

STEPHANIE WHITE, PERSONAL TRAINER

Stephanie is a certified personal trainer by the American Sports and Fitness Association. She enjoys training clients to build muscle, strength, and performance all while using simple nutrition principles to increase fat loss. Her experience includes training and encouraging friends and family to live a healthy, active lifestyle for most of her life. She is also a Spartan Race finisher and brings that grit and perseverance to every session. Steph can help you achieve your fitness goals at any level or any age.

TARYN DEMURO, PERSONAL TRAINER

Taryn is a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She can train clients on corrective flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, and resistance training. She also holds a Senior Fitness Specialization and can train older adults on resistance, core, balance, and reactive training for fall prevention. Taryn has a passion for health and wellness and is a Holistic Health Coach-certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Taryn can guide clients on reaching their health and life goals by making step-by-step changes to their diet and lifestyle.

BRIAN PARK, PERSONAL TRAINER

Brian is a long time personal trainer, nutrition consultant, and weightlifter who is certified by the ASFA (American Sports and Fitness Association). Now he’s here at Minerals Sports Club to share what he has learned from many years of one-on-one training with clients of all ages. Brian has a passion for teaching others to better themselves and enjoys incorporating CrossFit movements into his lessons to get the benefits of a full-body workout. He believes stability and balance are key to seeing any progress in the gym. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or build muscle, the basics and a strong foundation always come first.

AUSTIN RAPPOLD, PERSONAL TRAINER

Specializing in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and sports training, Austin is certified from the American Science and Fitness Association. Austin competed in the NPC for Men’s Physique Bodybuilding and placed in the top five. Growing up, Austin trained in weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you're trying to learn proper form or preparing for your next powerlifting, meet Austin is the trainer for you.

JULIE BUSH, PERSONAL TRAINER

A certified personal trainer for 14 years, Julie first developed a love for physical fitness through dance and pageantry. She specializes in floor and aquatic personal training, pageant fitness training, and teaches our Wednesday-evening Aqua Fit class. Her passions are her family, staying fit, volunteer work, and helping people find their best self through health and wellness training. She holds a WITS Personal Trainer Certification, a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy with a Minor in Gerontology from the University of New Hampshire, and CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.
