What cleaning and sanitization procedures does the Resort have in place?
We have rolled out a multi-pronged platform to elevate our cleanliness standards and sanitization procedures to meet new health and safety challenges. Guest room are thoroughly cleaned using hospital-grade disinfectant prior to check-in and after guest departure. All touch points and hard surfaces in all common areas are cleaned rigorously and frequently.
What guidelines must guests follow prior to their arrival?
Guests must sign a Hotel Guest Waiver and Health Declaration (please read for full details). We ask that guests shower prior to their arrival.

Our No Hassle, No Penalty 100% Cancellation Policy allows for reservations to be moved or cancelled at any time and for any reason up to one week prior to a stay with no change or cancellation fees.
Are the swimming pools open?
The Resort’s outdoor swimming pools and the Minerals Hotel indoor swimming pool are open at this time.

No, guests who are in the pool should not wear masks.
Is the Biosphere slide open?
Yes, the 140 foot water slide is open, with a 48” height requirement.
Is the Spray Park open at Minerals Hotel?
Yes, the Spray Park for children is open.
Is there restricted access to the pools?
All hotel guests will have access to the pools and pool chairs which have been spaced to ensure social distancing.
Do you offer day passes to the pools?
In order to ensure that our hotel guests and members have access to our pools, we are not offering day passes at this time.

The pools at Crystal Springs Resort are reserved exclusively for members and hotel guests. In order to provide unsurpassed accommodations for our guests, day passes are not available for purchase.
Guests staying at Minerals Hotel have access to the pool on premises at Minerals Hotel only. Guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge have access to the Biosphere pool complex, as well as, the pools at Minerals Hotel. For the safety of our guests, there is a 48 inch height requirement for the slide at the biosphere.
Spa guests who have a midweek spa treatment scheduled Monday through Thursday are invited to enjoy the Minerals Hotel pools for services at Elements Spa for $35. Reflections Spa guests can enjoy the Biosphere pool complex the day of their midweek spa treatment for $50.

Due to the Coronavirus situation and guests’ uncertainty with travel plans, for our Leisure guests, the Resort will allow a reservation to be re-booked two times within a two year period without penalty. The 18 hole FootGolf course at Cascades takes about 2 hours to play and is very affordable – $25 per person on weekdays and $30 per person on weekends. We offer an array of on-site action-packed activities including goat yoga, pony rides, petting zoos, various educational seminars, traditional archery, archery tag, fishing, art classes, hikes, scavenger hunts, laser tag and more!
Our seasonal Mountaintop Experience activities include canoeing, kayaking, archery, fishing, paddle boarding and hiking. The mountaintop lake is also the perfect, serene location to sit back and relax while soaking in the beauty and tranquility that surrounds you.
Our Adventure Center Desk is located in the lobby at Minerals Hotel, along with Concierge specialists on-site at Grand Cascades Lodge. We have everything you need to plan a fun-filled vacation!
Adventure Center activities are hosted at various locations throughout the Resort. Be sure to inquire about activity locations when booking your adventures as some activities require tranportation. Our Mountaintop experience is accessible via shuttle trip to the top of the mountain at the Minerals Hotel location. Adventure Center fishing and archery activities are located at the fresh-water Quarry at the Grand Cascades Lodge location, also accessible via complimentary shuttle service.

The Adventure Center is open weekends Memorial Day through June 28th. The Adventure Center is open daily June 29th through Labor Day.

At this time, there is no food available for purchase at the Adventure Center. We encourage our guests to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy during their time on the mountaintop however coolers are not permitted, please bring a bagged lunch. Be sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated after all of the fun activities! Barbequing and alcohol consumption is not permitted on the mountaintop or any Adventure Center location.
Adventure Center shuttle will pick guests on the hour starting at 9am through 3pm on the day of their scheduled activity. Please meet your fellow Adventure Center goers in the lobby at Minerals Hotel. The ride to the top of the mountain is approximately 30 minutes. The Adventure Center shuttle departs the mountain top to bring guests back to the hotel every hour at half past starting at 9:30am through 4:30pm. The final shuttle down the mountain will leave the lake at 4:30pm.
Every Adventure Center activity has its own suggestions, so please be sure to inquire with your reservationist when booking your activity. While we supply all the basic needs for each activity, we do have recommendations to help ensure comfort and the best possible experience.
For all outdoor activities, we recommend our guests dress in layers, wear a hat or sunscreen and wear close toed shoes. Long sleeved shirts and pants are recommended for goat yoga participants.
For the best Mountaintop experience, be sure to bring a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, bug spray and your favorite book if you just want to relax. Boxed lunches are available to pre-order at the Adventure Center desk prior to the shuttle departure for delivery to the Mountaintop during lunch hours.
Art activities can get messy! Dress accordingly.
