Latour offers a tantalizing menu driven by a daily-sourced bounty of ingredients. Working with the country’s premier foragers, as well as local farmers and purveyors, the chef crafts two menus, the 5 -course "Anthology" menu and the 7-course Chef Degustation "Relishing" menu. Pair your menu with wines hand-selected by our sommeliers or choose a bottle from the incomparable world-renowned Wine Cellar.
