Restaurant Latour is the culinary crown jewel of our resort, an elegant oasis of refined cooking, gracious service and extraordinary wine in a luxurious setting. Under the direction of Executive Chef Anthony Bucco, Restaurant Latour has refined its tantalizing dinner menu. Working with the country’s premier foragers, as well as local farmers and purveyors, Chef Bucco has crafted two new menus: the 5-course "Anthology" menu and the 7-course Chef Degustation "Chef's Tasting" menu. The Anthology menu allows diners the opportunity to choose their fare of choice from 5 different categories. Menu selections can be paired with wines hand-selected by our sommeliers from the incomparable world-renowned Wine Cellar or an eclectic seasonal cocktail crafted by Resort Mixologist, Stephen Thomas.
Executive Chef of Restaurant Latour, Anthony Bucco, relies on the rhythm of the seasons and local producers and foragers in creating menus that interplay with the resort’s unparalleled bottle wine cellar. Chef de Cuisine, Martyna Krowicka, joins Chef Bucco in Restaurant Latour’s kitchen maintaining the local, seasonal, wood to table ethos as a strong foundation within all of the restaurant’s exquisite menu choices.

Sunday Latour Experience - Enjoy a 5pm tour of the world-renowned Wine Spectator Grand Award – winning wine cellar, which will include a complimentary sparkling wine and canapés (chef's choice to include from the garden, sea and pasture).
