Restaurant Latour is the culinary crown jewel of our resort, an elegant oasis of refined cooking, gracious service and extraordinary wine in a luxurious setting. Chef Jean Paul Lourdes offers a tantalizing menu driven by a daily-sourced bounty of ingredients. Working with the country’s premier foragers, as well as local farmers and purveyors, Lourdes crafts two tasting menus, the vegetarian "Harvest" and the protein based "Grazing.” Pair your menu with wines hand-selected by our sommeliers or choose a bottle from the incomparable world-renowned Wine Cellar.
On Sundays, experience a one-of-a-kind brunch featuring a parade of fresh house baked bread and pastries accompanying unique seasonal creations crafted from the freshest fruit, heirloom grains and organic eggs.
