The New Jersey Wine & Food Festival at Crystal Springs Resort is a celebration of the world's best wines and renowned local and national chefs. The weekend's events are designed to allow food and wine lovers to meet and mingle with chefs, winemakers, sommeliers and fellow wine aficionados.

Spotlight Event! The Grand Tasting Saturday March 31, 2012 - 7pm-10pm -- SOLD OUT
More than 25 top chefs from NY & NJ serve sumptuous tastings alongside celebrated wines from more than thirty wineries. Taste culinary delights from chefs from the best restaurants in NY & NJ including David Burke Fromagerie, Ninety Acres at Natirar, Elements, CulinAriane, Maritime Parc, Lu Nello, Axia Taverna, Bona Vita Osteria, Strip House, Park Steakhouse, Ho Ho Kus Inn & Tavern, Michael Anthony's, The Orange Squirrel, The Frog & The Peach, SHO Shaun Hergatt, Tribeca Grill, Blue Morel, Boulevard Five 72, Restaurant Blu, Springs Bistro, Crystal Tavern, Monkey Bar, Aureole, The Bernards Inn & many more. Live music by the 32 piece David Aaron Orchestra. An unforgettable culinary gala event! A silent auction benefitting James Beard Foundation & Bocuse d'Or USA will take place during the Grand Tasting.
*VIP ticket holders are granted to early VIP access to the Grand Tasting at 6:30pm and exclusive entry into the Grand Rotunda featuring VIP restaurants (Per Se, Maialino, Lincoln Restaurant & Restaurant Latour), wines and spirits.

    Enjoy a wide selection of Artisanal breads, local produce, seafood and antipasto alongside NJ wineries.

    1pm-2pm Barrett & Barrett
    --$90 ~ 21 & Over Only-- Get an in-depth look at the complex and highly sought-after wines of husband-and-wife winemakers Bo and Heidi Barrett. Featuring La Sirena, Chateau Montelena and the limited production Barrett & Barrett wines.

    2pm-3pm Secrets of the Crystal Springs Resort Wine Cellar

    Learn how Crystal Springs Resort owner Gene Mulvihill built the resort's Wine Spectator's Grand Award-winning 100,000+ bottle wine cellar and sample some of the rarest of wines pulled directly from the vaults of the cellar.

    Join a panel of leading female figures in the wine industry as they introduce you to their wines and how they are leading the way in changing how wine is produced, marketed and sold in the US today. Including wines from Heidi Barrett (La Sirena), Deborah Brenner (Women of the Vine), and Terry Wheatley (Middle Sister).

    3pm-4pm The Classic Cocktail Reinvented

    Join St. Germain's Global Mixologist and other leading mixologists from New Jersey as they showcase 21st Century twists on classic cocktails.

    4pm-5pm The House of Walker

    Kick back with Johnnie Walker's Master of Whiskey, Peter O'Connor, as he takes you through the lengendary distillery's portfolio of scotch whiskey and enjoy a hand rolled cigar.

    7pm-10pm Grand Tasting SOLD OUT ~ 21 & Over Only
    - More than 25 top chefs from NJ and NYC join leading wineries and distilleries from around the world in this showcase event. Entertainment by the 32-piece David Aaron Orchestra and a silent auction.
    *Experience The Grand Tasting like never before. In addition to everything the Grand Tasting has to offer - VIP guests will receive early access to the event at 6:30pm as well as exclusive entry into the Grand Rotunda featuring VIP restaurants (such as Per Se, Maialino, Lincoln & Restaurant Latour), wines & spirits.
    Dress code: cocktail attire for women, jackets preferred for men, no jeans

    10pm-1am Meet The Chefs & Winemakers After Party
    SOLD OUT 21 & Over Only-- After you've tasted your way through the wines at the Grand Tasting it's time to party the night away with the chefs and winemakers in The Biosphere Pool Complex including open bar and late night snacks!

    1pm-2pm Champagne Brunch in the Emerald Ballroom --$76.80* ~ 21 & Over Only--
    Traditional French brunch featuring a selection of bubbly including top Champagne houses, Moët & Chandon and Dom Perignon.
