Restaurants Participating in the Grand Tasting include Serenade, Ho Ho Kus Inn & Tavern, Frog & Peach, Zone 7, Park Steakhouse, Osteria Morini, Maritime Parc, LuNello, Axia Taverna, The Orange Squirrel, The Dining Room at Anthony David, Chakra, Innova Cuisine, Strip House, Morris Tap & Grill, Costanera Peruana, Crystal Tavern, Fascino, Boulevard Five 72, Pig & Prince Restaurant & Gastro-Lounge, Fiddlers Elbow Country Club and LuNello's Montville Inn. Live music by the 32 piece David Aaron Orchestra. An unforgettable culinary gala event! A silent auction benefiting James Beard Foundation will take place during the Grand Tasting.
*VIP ticket holders are granted to early VIP access to the Grand Tasting at 6:30pm and exclusive entry into the Grand Rotunda all night featuring VIP restaurants (José Andrés, Rogue 24, Restaurant Latour, Aureole, The Ryland Inn, and Hotel Fauchere), wines & champagnes (including Dom Perignon, Krug Grande Cuvée, Moët Grand Vintage, Metiss, Lail J Daniels Cuvée and William Cole Cabernet Sauvignon) and spirits.
