There is live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 8pm-Midnight.

A four-tiered terrace with attractive outdoor dining overlooking the pools and scenic Vernon Valley. Serving contemporary American cuisine, Kites Terrace is located just above the Minerals Hotel entrance, and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner (seasonal/weather permitting). Dress code is casual.

This is poolside partying at its best! Open all summer, The Tiki Bar & Grill serves up delicious barbecue fare and refreshing beverages, including exotic frozen drinks, with live entertainment on weekends. The Tiki Bar & Grill is located next to the Minerals Sports Club outdoor pool.
