Grand Cascades Lodge, our brand new luxury hotel in New Jersey, is majestically perched atop green rolling hills with an incredible panoramic mountain landscape. Minerals Resort & Spa has invested half a million dollars to redesign their venues for wedding and catered events. The Diamond Ballroom has been unveiled as an updated, modern, and elegant setting, reminiscent of early “Hollywood Glam.” The transformation includes the addition of a stylish reception area complete with hardwood floors, leather couches, a beautiful built-in bar, and crystal chandeliers to add a sophisticated touch. Just beyond the Diamond Ballroom, lush floral gardens, gorgeous patios, and a redecorated pavillion are the perfect backdrop for a romantic outside ceremony or cocktail hour.
