Wine Education Seminar & Cellar Tour ~ Pink Summer Wines
Sunday, June 2, 2013 - 2:30pm-4:30pm
Whether you’re new to wine, a connoisseur, or somewhere in between, this educational seminar will provide new-found appreciation for wine. Crystal Springs Resort Sommelier Susanne Lerescu will inspire you with her wine knowledge during this two hour class and tasting. Guests will be taste the following wines: Wölffer Estate (Long Island, NY, 2011), Channing Daughters, Petit Verdot Rosato (Long Island, NY, 2011), Bouvet-Ladubay, Sparking Rose (Loire Valley, France, NV (Can Franc)), Schäfer-Fröhlich, Blanc de Noir (Pinot Noir), Trocken, Nahe, Germany
Massaya (Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, Red Blend, 2011), and Château de Pibarnon, Bandol (France, (50% Cinsault/50% Mouv), 2012).
Following the class is a tour of the Resort’s 135,000 bottle Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine cellar.
