Wine Education & Cellar Tour
Saturday, January 28 - 1:00pm-3:30pm
Whether you’re new to wine or a connoisseur, this course will provide new-found appreciation for this timeless beverage 8,000 years in the making! Crystal Springs Resort Sommelier Susanne Lerescu will inspire you during a two hour class which includes tastings of 5 varietals. Following the course, enjoy a tour of the Resort’s 100,000+ bottle Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine cellar.

Mountain Hike/Canoe (weather permitting)
Join a resort activity guide for a beautiful morning semi strenuous hike to the mountain top lake for a canoe ride! Please wear sturdy shoes and don’t forget water. Don’t forget your camera.
