"We had such a wonderful time! The room was clean and relaxing. The poolside view from our room was great.We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi almost everyday. We also enjoyed breakfast at Kites and their Angus burgers and fries at lunch. There is a shoprite about 10 minutes away so you can pick up the few things you may have forgot to pack.The staff was friendly and hospitable! My husband and I would definitely stay there again."

" I cannot say enough wonderful things about Grand Cascades Lodge & the Crystal Springs Resorts. GCL is a hidden jewel. I cannot believe the level of luxury, the professionalism of the staff, and the continuously wonderful experiences I have had in Vernon & Hardystown, NJ! This was my 3rd stay in the past year...and #4 is coming up at the end of the month. I've been there with girlfriends, my family, 19 of my closest friends & their families & I'm never disappointed! I must particularly mention, Denise Tappen, activities director at Minerals who has gone above & beyond for us...Adam (who works as a hike guide & summer help at Cascades)...Vinny & Lisa at Cascades, who were amazing at the front desk & helped to accomodate me during a personally stressful situation... situation...Frank, the shuttle driver (what a nice young man)...the cleanest housekeeping staff...the absolute beauty of the area...as well as the facilities! They upgraded us to a 1 br suite...I think they knew how much we'd love it! Next time.....Stay for a romantic getaway...for a golf weekend...for a nature or antiquing weekend...for a spa weekend...for an extended holiday with the kids...you will NOT be disappointed. BRAVO!!!!"

"Wonderful Time I would like to say that we had a wonderful time last night at Crystal Springs. James gave us the Wine Cellar tour which was outstanding. His knowledge and enthusiasm was completely enlighting. We had dinner in the Tavern. I don't know how to express our appreciation enough. James stopped by the table a several times. Made a few suggestion, which we followed and found we were not disappoint in any way. The service was exceptional. Kathryn was our waitress who also was knowledgable of the menu and accomodated our every request. My Husband and I have been there many times in the Tavern and LaTour, however last night was the first for our friends. They were totally impressed. Please share our graditude with James and Kathryn. "I wanted to send you a quick note to say what a wonderful time we had at our meeting at Grand Cascades and Crystal Springs this week. The entire (albeit small) group was blown away with both the facilities and the food & beverage. The diversity of the meeting space, the state-of-the-art AV equipment coupled with the fantastic staff really made my job as the planner a breeze. I'd also like to take a moment to recognize the team that got me there - Lawrence McCave, Linda Alloco and Oonagh Barrow, who handled the details of the program. For such a small group, we are relatively high maintenance - and they never skipped a beat. I can only hope that we have the opportunity to work with them again on upcoming programs. I will make a point of recommending this property anytime we are looking for a NJ property. Given its proximity to our HQ (34 miles door-to-door), its a phenomenal facility that I can't wait to book again. I'm determined to use that wine cellar! Great Job All Around!!!!!"
