Base Membership

• Initiation Fees:
  $1000 Individual / $2000 Couple

• Annual Dues:
  Homeowner Social Base Membership $690 per person
  Non-Homeowner Social Base Membership $790 per person
  Junior Add-On $200 per person
  If paid on or before 12/31/2011, deduct 10%

• Food & Beverage Minimums:
  The annual food & beverage minimum is $690 per individual member or $1380 per household of two or more immediate family members. Purchases at any Resort restaurant will apply towards this minimum.
